Lou is a Westcountry girl through and through. Raised in a small village in Somerset, she spent her childhood roaming fields, picking blackberries and riding horseback. She now lives in Bristol with her partner and two sons, where she writes her successful lifestyle blog Littlegreenshed and runs Sisterhood Camp, providing creative retreats, workshops and suppers for women.
